Worst customer service
I had been using this vpn service for about a year however lately they did something that block me to sign in to my account on my device. It just does not work. And when you contact to customer support they say ‘ we have exhausted all the ways to help you and there is nothing we can do’ what a garbage service. If you cannot log in your customer how can you even sell your service. i do not understand these guys. And they closed my ticket as resolved. So sad

Купил за 12 $ подписку с возможностью отмены в течение 30 дней. ВПН очень плохой, практически не работает, бесплатные альтернативы на порядок лучше можно найти. Отменил подписку, деньги не вернули, техподдержка кормит отговорками
I bought a subscription for $12 with the option to cancel within 30 days. The VPN is very bad, practically does not work, free alternatives can be found much better. I canceled my subscription, the money was not returned, technical support feeds me excuses

Disaster
What has this a turned into? A user for many years and just a week ago updated my membership for another year, yet i cant log into my account in none of my devices (iphone, macbook pro, mac air), & cant even open the website as it says web is not responding
