The application provides the ability to communicate with the client to confirm the order through the chat and inform him of every update of the order or inquiry.
After receiving the order’s items, the provider can attach an invoice for goods he bought, if any, to preserve the rights of the client and the provider.
The provider confirms the delivery of the order and receiving the dues from the client, and in case of any complaint he can inform the app management to deal with it in a transparent and neutral manner for both parties
In case of any emergency circumstance, the application provides the provider the ability to cancel the request and stating the reason within a period specified by the application before receiving the order.
Through the app, the provider can get directions to the store and client location via Google Maps.
