After last updates, I can’t use app when I outdoor
After last updates, I can’t use app when I outdoor. App asking me the password, but after entering my password it says wrong password!

The password logged in to the app is the account password, and the connection password of the device is displayed on the monitoring screen. These two passwords are not the same. If the account password is forgotten, click Forget Password on the app and reset the password with the registered email. If the device connection password is forgotten, the device needs to be reset after factory restoration.
Cloud not work
I can’t activate the your cloud ! What I have to do ?

Update the APP version. The cloud storage function stores dynamic videos. After opening the cloud service, you need to enable intelligent alarms, report messages, and check the alarm pictures or videos. If you have other questions, please send service.icsee@gmail.com , I wish you a happy life.

After receiving your comments, the cloud storage records dynamic alarms. The smart alarm needs to be turned on, and the alarm mode is turned on to capture videos and pictures. If the unresolved feedback icon is service.icsee@gmail.com, enter the solution.
