Poor Service and Design
This bank is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. The employees seem to be illiterate, consistently making mistakes in payment orders. What's worse, the bank fails to specify the cost of the client terminal separately, leaving customers in the dark about potential fees. On top of all this, the design of the application is downright ugly. Save yourself the headache and avoid this bank at all costs.
