Description
For users of Ostara Systems maintenance management software, this app allows you to work on your mobile device.
What’s New
Version 6.1
A “Contact” page now exists on the Mobile and be found in
the menu, between "Help" and "Provide App Feedback".
Upon tapping it, two outcomes will occur:
1. If the user is a single Client user, they will see the Primary
Attention Of, Phone and Email of the Client Configuration
2. If the user is a multi-Client user, they will see the Primary
Attention Of, Phone and Email of the System Configuration
Please ensure your details are correct for the upcoming
release – please contact Support if unsure.
As is possible in the Portal, the user is now able to view the
Resource contact details against a Work Order in the Mobile
App.
