Strong Foundation is a fresh new take on health and fitness.
We plan on building a unique and robust experience with a simplistic modern design. We want to pick apart every aspect of one's health (fitness, emotional. mental, diet, etc.) and serve it up small plate style. Say goodbye to having a dozen apps to focus on one aspect of your health and fitness, we're bringing all aspects of health into one app and letting you dictate which experiences you want.
Best of all, you won't need several apps and services to integrate and share this data around. Any information you share with Strong Foundation stays local to your device and is only used to build a better in-app experience. Let us know your dietary restrictions, and we'll produce a unique diet plan for you. Set a weight goal, and we'll use your diet plan and weight goal to help keep you on track. Even connect Strong Foundation with Apple HealthKit to keep data in sync between SF and HealthKit, and allow us to provide you with a better experience. Be the captain of your health journey and use Strong Foundation as your compass to navigate the waters.

Version 1.0.27
Gearing up for that summer-bod? This new release adds in some gamification features to help motivate you to keep moving and striving for a better you. We added in achievement badges, expanded how we handle errors, fixed some minor bugs, and improved our localization.
