okay i guess
well, deposits are nice, love it, but app forces me to change PIN every few months for some security reasons. I don’t see the point of it. What if people will forget their new pin. Just let people stay with their PIN forever.

Worthless you are 22
This app of no use if you don’t fit into their strict criteria. I don’t that I can’t get credit because I’m have not turned 22. The law says you have to be at least 18. And the thing is I’ve 20 times more income than what they require. I’ve checked my credit history and it says more than average. I’ve been working and paying my income tax for more than 2 years now. And I’ve taken credit from other banks and paid them on time. But, the most irritating part is that I’m turning 22 in 4 months.
Well, I’ve been test this online credit feature of banks here. So far the best experience I’ve had on online credits is with Ipak Yuli bank. But, I’ve to say that the app’s no use for me. So I’m just going to delete the app :(
I think and recommend that you review your criteria more frequently and you consider costumer feedback an opportunity to improve) but no hard feelings!

The main criteria for obtaining an online microloan are the following conditions: 1. Stable official income 2. A microloan is issued only to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 22 to 58 years old (men) and from 22 to 53 years old (women) 3. Positive credit history
Could not get the debit card
Registered for this bank’s app 12 days ago, and applied for a check card. Although it was said that the card is delivered within 3 working days, i could not get the card even after 8 working days.
i was said they would deliver it today after contacting to bank’s telegram bot, there is no any news. Aditionally bank does not say you the exact delivery time, you should wait whole day.
