Description
Make process of documents approval more convenient by using USMH.
Using USMH you can:
-take part in process of documents approval, view all files from the mobile device, make decisions (to approve or reject a document package)
Each documents set has the status which forms automatically depending on the approvers solutions.
-you can send documents for approval
-you can define approvers and final approver
-you can inform other participants through functionality of adding to CC
-you receive push-notifications when someone approves your document
-you can see structure of approvers, their profiles, comments with date and decision in each documents set
- you can create an approval list with seals, signatures, comments and decision of each approver
-any approver can add the materials to a documents set
