Breathing, unlike eating or drinking, does not take obvious effort to do and with Oxygen being free, is easily taken for granted.
This app aims to guide you develop slow, conscious and more effective breathing. Visual, audio and vibration prompts are used to help you through 4 basic breathing exercises plus 2 more that you can customize to suit your preference . As you become more comfortable with these breathing exercises, you may want to increase the duration while doing them hourly. You will find that training yourself to breath exclusively through your nose will bring significant benefits that you will quickly begin to feel and experience.

Please stop using this app if you experience discomfort. Just like in investing, do your own research before committing to these exercises. Please consult your doctor if you are experiencing breathing problems.
