Couch to 5K guides you with audio trainer so you know when to walk and when to run, without having to keep track of time and intervals. At the same time, you can listen to your own music. The app keeps track of your progress, starting you off on the next day's plan each time you reopen the app after completing a workout. Start session with a five-minute warmup walk or jog.

After completion of a workout you can see the calories burnt during the workout and you can share the details with your friends and family using amazing sharing feature. Sessions will give you information about your workout history along with necessary details. This app is easy to use without reading any instructions, just download and start losing weight today. Settings menu is full of options to choose from making your workout much easier and detailed.
