Our App brings the office to the user wherever they are. Any computer file can be handled.
Documents can be Imported, indexed, retrieved, approved / unapproved, notes added etc. All done remotely using this powerful App. Users are alerted when documents need to be actioned.
Typically, Documentation includes, Supplier Invoices, Delivery Notes, HR, Transport, Clients, Projects, Meeting Notes, in short, any paper document or files stored on a shared drive.
All documents are fully encrypted and password protected. Our admin function enables documents to be viewed and actioned by authorised users only.
FileStream is a very versatile document management solution. It is fully scalable from a single user option to enterprise systems.
