Spells:
- Added bonus actions and reactions to cast time.
- Added miles as a range measurement.

Formulas:
- Random functions in formulas will no longer re-roll on every Character roll. This allows things like Veterancy to roll Hit Dice per level.
- Increased the font size of Formulas for better legibility.

- Fix an issue that would sometimes cause the QuickView image to be cropped when it should not.
