A big i18n update! (NB: That's short for "internationalization")
- Add basic translation support for the RSVP process, and added some German translations.
- Add initial currency support for GBP, EUR, CHF, CAD and MXN.
- Show the user's roles on event cards.
- Correctly handle timezones when duplicating an event.
