Resistance bands are a great way to workout anywhere with high performance. At home, outdoors, in the gym, this way of exercising is ideal for any age.

Resistance bands can be of different sizes, lengths or resistance levels. Find the right resistance band for you and start training today!

In our application each workout is adapted based on your parameters of height, weight etc.

Our workouts also adapt to different fitness levels, choose your level and get personalized 28-Day training programs.

You can use the resistance band either separately or in conjunction with other exercises and simulators.

Use our app as your main workout app or add-on to any workout program that you use to exercise.

- Yearly subscription available.
- Price is fixed for each country and will be displayed in the app.
- Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscription may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
- You can cancel a free trial or subscription any time.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
