In this version we updated and fixed numerous things, such as:

- Set promotion startDate as today as default
- Added several improvements that should reduce the synch issues
- Added multiple day Appointment visualisation
- Account Manager can now be cleared on Outlets
- Allow completion for colleague owned Visits
- Fix issue with missing Appointment title
- Make colleague Appointments expandable/collapsable
- Fix UI issues with Appointment screen (navigation bar item and activity scrolling)
