Description
民眾可透過全齡健康導航APP記錄個人運動、生理量測等健康行為資訊及身高、體重、血壓等健康指標，也可透過智慧型手機將日常量測資料上傳至APP，並隨時查詢個人健康管理資訊與預防保健紀錄，掌握自我健康狀態。全齡健康導航APP有方便找附近醫療單位、慢性病處方籤及傷口紀錄的加值功能。
國家衛生研究院為了協助您統整相關健康資訊，依據您的同意的資料項目（包括：步行、特徵資料、血型、生日、血壓、心律、血氧濃度、營養資料等...），「全齡健康導航App」會讀取您近3日的「健康App」資料項目，並將這些數據呈現於「全齡健康導航App」。
