AUTHENTIC INTERVIEW PREP was developed to help job seekers understand and improve their interview and video communication skills through practice and dynamic feedback.
A growing body of research suggests that effective communication depends on key syntactical, visual, and non-verbal signals. Authentic's AI algorithms are trained to evaluate signals that an interviewer will either consciously or subconsciously notice such as the ‘naturalness’ of your eye gaze, head movements, and to highlight whether you are effectively using pauses or repeating filler words like “uhm.”
Authentic allows you to record yourself answering an interview prompt, receive personalized feedback based on your performance, and review your practice sessions.
Through a combination of repeated practice, meaningful feedback, and self-reflection, our objective is to help you develop the awareness and confidence they’ll need to make strong impression on your future employer.
