During this Free 2 Week Development Plan, you’ll be guided through an organized training program designed to expose you to the 3 integrated tracks within the program – Skill, Speed & Strength. The training program consists of ten dynamic workouts designed to build explosive quickness, enhance body control, power, quick repositioning techniques & technical skill as you build confidence and athleticism.

As you complete each workout you will grow to better understand your stronger and weaker areas.
