Changes in this update:
* Updated design! Everything should look cleaner and easier to read
* Several improvements to Estimated Medication Levels chart functionality
* Next shot and upcoming future shots are now separated out on the Shots list
* When using Stones as a weight unit, values are now displayed as stones/pounds, not stones/centistones (you may need to fix previous weights if they were entered as pounds after the decimal point)
* Fixed crash when saving empty manual water entries
* Shot circles on calendar dates now update immediately when shots are added or deleted
* Dosage label text now selects between black and white based on the background color luminance
* Average estimated levels on calendar now shows increasing or decreasing arrows
* Shots on calendar view now include shot number
* Moved data entry fields to a single sheet for easier manual entry
* Side effects are now rated on a 0-10 scale, not 0-100
* You can now drag to reorder side effects on the Customize side effects screen
* The weight change chart line now has rounded corners
