wRooms is a meeting room display app for offices powered by Workwise. You can mount the wRoom app outside your meeting rooms to view room availability at a glance and reserves rooms on the go.
With wRooms you can
• Find and reserve rooms from your desk or on the go
• Avoid the time-wasting that comes with the uncertainty of meeting venues and interruption of ongoing meetings.
• Eliminate conflicts and double reservations of meeting rooms.
• Select meeting rooms based on amenities (room capacity, projector)
• Track and view upcoming meetings
• Get insight into the usage of rooms and booking patterns. These would help management understand and utilise the office space more efficiently.
