Pretty good
I didn’t hesitate book a flight via Airpaz because the price was so cheap and the booking process was so fast and easy but Airpaz told me they failed to book and gave me a refund.
I got a big worry at first because I read many bad review of Airpaz for not refunding or only giving a refund voucher or not being able to contact.
However, Airpaz Support Team was so nice and patient to reply every of my 20 emails. They responded so fast and try to solve my case.
As they stated, the refund process might take 3 - 4 weeks that was so long for me because I was in hurry. But the refund came back to me in cash only in 6 days.
Thank you Airpaz Support Team! I didn’t really like the experience of booking flight at Airpaz but I appreciate your customer service.
