Can’t find iPad 3

Update: On iOS 14, if you messed up like I did below, uninstall app -> reboot -> turn on location service and reinstall app to get the prompt. But now I can’t get the iPhone 6S iOS 14 to find iPad 3 iOS 8.4.1

The app prompted to access local network on iOS 14. But I accidentally pressed No so now it cannot get the wifi name at all. I have tried delete and reinstall to get the prompt back but it never shows up. Useless. No fix
