MUCH APPRECIATION

Been with the the meditation for 3 days now, my first day was so fine that I could finish it( was a 10 minute meditation). My second day wasn’t that good, I kept falling asleep during it :), which is not bad at all, maybe I got lack of sleep or probably having some sleep issues. I’ve tried “Relax Mid Day”, a 5 minute meditation just now, and couldn’t stop to do 1 more(without app), and I fell asleep sometime during it ( a total of 30 minutes meditation), didn’t quite finish it pretty well, but I strongly believe those self works can lead to something really good eventually, as if I do it daily, thank you so much for this opportunity. Thank you!
