Cải thiện app nếu muốn cạnh tranh vs VN airline
Bỏ 1 khoản tiền đầu tư app đi thời đại 4.0 rồi, cho tiện lợi cho người dùng sẽ đc nhiều người sữ dụng, cái lưu ý nữa cập nhập giùm checkin online, còn về cách phục vụ của nv thì okay đấy, giá ổn, mong tiếp nhận ý kiến khách hàng rồi sửa đổi nhanh để ko còn bất tiện nữa.
App quá lởm. Đề nghị cải thiện
Không hiểu hãng lớn như Bamboo lại có đội dev lởm như vậy. Code cho lắm vào nhưng không hiểu khách hàng muốn cái gì. Đề nghị học hỏi app của bên VNA để cải thiện, đồng thời thay thế đội code hiện tại bằng những người giỏi có tư duy hơn. Cảm ơn!
Hãy bỏ tiền làm app tử tế hơn
- Chậm , giao diện khó dùng
- Phần Bamboo Club rất ức chế , ko tự động điền số thẻ HV vào vé đặt , đến sbay phải trình theo
- Phần tt chuyến bay ko có mã kí hiệu chuyến , ko có tt loại mbay gì . Muốn book 787 cũng khó .
- Phần khiếu nại điểm lập lờ ko rõ ràng .
