Shame on you
Your Application does provide the credit lock to stop the unsecured activity while the card is hacked or stolen. But it does not allow to cardholder to disregarding the transactions that happen by stolen ones. Your contact center is even worse that cardholder can not easily contact to get help. I have my cards stolen in London in July 7, but your Contact Center have failed me in contacting to isolate the translations happened by the thief. Shame on you
