We've made some changes to incorporate some new features of the wider Clubforce platform.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes sprinkling a little magic on your messages! Say it with a pic – You can now actually show us what you mean by sharing images in messages. Whether it’s match-day highlights or your cat in club colours, we’re here for it. React faster than your team’s fastest winger – Emojis have entered the chat! Give messages a thumbs up, a laugh, or even a cheeky heart. Because sometimes, words are just too much effort. Update now and bring your chats to life – your group messages will thank you.

Group Managers can now delete any message in group or private chats with real-time updates for all. They can also edit the end date of one-off events if there is any change in the schedule.

We’ve made minor updates to the Delete Account flow to ensure clearer guidance for users.

GAA clubs can now filter by Code when adding members to groups, making it easier to find the right members. Plus, Group Managers can view both child and parent names in Polls for clearer responses and better team coordination.

BST Time Zone Adjustment: Corrected a time zone bug affecting event schedules during British Summer Time (BST). Events now accurately reflect the BST time, aligning with users' expectations and calendars.

Get ready for a smoother group management experience! In this release, we’ve improved the invitation process for group managers, making it easier than ever to build the perfect team. You’ll find brand-new filters designed to save you time and effort when inviting registered members. Group managers can now filter by Programme, Plan, and Membership Status—so whether you're pulling together a squad for a camp or a specific team you’ll have full control at your fingertips.

The latest version of Connect is here with yet more updates to improve your experience! As well as a number of under-the hood improvements, we’ve updated the calendar syncing to make that as smoother than a jazz saxophonist in a silk suit. Connect will now automatically adjust to your device’s timezone, ensuring there’s no confusion on when an event is due to start. Update now!

In the latest regular update to Clubforce Connect, we’ve made some enhancements to events: we’ve made it easier to edit event descriptions; added clickable hyperlinks in event descriptions; and, you can now create events that span multiple days. We’re also excited to roll out single sign-on for university students whose institutions use Clubforce, making connecting easier than ever.
