Verry terible experience

I have pay them for premium membership and forget to turn off renewal. I request refund immediately then they refuse refund my money.
They get money from people who forgeting turn off renewal. Never use their servive again.

Can’t access class even I have premium account

I can’t access the class on the app even I have premium account and paid for it already
