Unable to activate account benefit

I've got a account benefit so I install the latest version of this app to use on my iphone 8 plus.
But whenever I fill down my email address/ new password/ confirm new password
And press "Continue", it will load for 2 seconds then crash out, and automatically back to phone's home screen.
Try to delete the app, install again but same.
Please fix it asap. Thanks

Cannot activate account

I logged in for the first time and it showed that my membership had not been activated. I clicked Confirm to activate and it hung there, showing back the login screen.
Please fix it ASAP

Payment not working, support line useless

I called the support line and hear strange noise. I used 4 different cards but it keep saying error even after charged my card successfully
