An application specialized in managing shipping and delivery companies. The system consists of:
Delegate control panel
- The representative can change the status of the shipment through the application, via the Qr Code reader, or by searching the shipment
- Notifications when the status of the shipment changes through the delivery representative’s interface
Client control panel
- The customer can add shipments through the application
- The customer can add pickup requests through the application
- The customer can search for his shipments and follow up on his shipments through the application
- The customer can follow the status of the shipment through the application
- The customer can extract an account statement through the application
-The customer can view invoices through the application
- Notifications when the shipment status changes
