too bad
the app is too heavy to run, need to be connect w home wifi, which is ridiculous, when you call the callcenter to ask for help, they'll direct you to another phone number(both are charged and couldn't help) then another phone number will ask you to wait, so they'll find a technician to transfer you , trust me, the process is take time, then your booking time 30min over, then you have to pay for booking fee, and all what the technician ask you to do is close the app and book again it'll work. Of course, it's your fault to cancel the previous booking and will be charged for nothing done plus your phone credit while waiting for the call center to transfer here and there etc... the results is ... loosing time, money and patience.
