Thank you for using EVA Mobile App. The app updates will not affect the "Keep me logged in" settings that have already been enabled, unless you log out or uninstall and reinstall the app. When logging in, please check the "Keep me logged in (up to 100 days)" option or enable Biometric Identification on the login page, so you won't need to re-enter your information. If you still have questions, please provide relevant information and send it to mobileapp@evaair.com for further investigation, including: 1. Your mobile phone model and OS version. 2. The login method used, either membership card number or email.

Bad service. I booked round trip flight ticket to Taipei but then I am not able to have visa from Taiwan goverment (a province of China). Eva had responded to me they have no policy for changing the name or refund, coz they have no policy to support the customers.
