Cant connect again after one day
Yesterday I upgraded to new firmware and it worked well with my iphone and external HP monitor
Today, I plug in again and it hang. I tried to re-set up following all step from youtube and manual user from website. Iphone doesnt auto Plug and Play neither Airplay & Setup.
It showed connected on an external HP monitor. I tried to press reset button many time but it doesnt work

1.Please switch dongle mode to Plug&Play mode by press the hole on it, you can also reset by long press the hole 5 seconds.
2.Reboot you phone.
3.Older version firmware would not be compatible with latest iOS, please do firmware upgrade.
Can not connect with iOS13.3?
Help me! I can not connect my iphone (XSMax, iOS 13.3). I try 3 other iphone (iOS 12.4 and below) are ok!

This issue may due to the firmware of your dongle is too old to support latest iOS, please upgrade the firmware by this demo video: https://youtu.be/-7PAQ1XlR68 After upgrade, please also reboot your phone.

Tôi dùng iphone6 kết nối bằng cáp Hdmi trước vẫn dùng được mới đây không dùng được nữa tại sao vậy
???..!!!. Sau quá trình mày mò (tôi ko biết tiếng Anh) ,các bạn xem mặt trên đầu HDMI của thiết bi có một lỗ nhỏ ,các bạn dùng que thép nhỏ chọc vào để chuyển OTA sang Plug&Play(có màu vàng hiển thị trên màn hình TV,)là được .
