Bad product quality
My Gamesir X2 BT was bricked after updating to the latest firmware using Gamesir app . I contacted customer support and there’s no way to fix it . Be wary of buying from this company because they’re made to last only one or two years , and then some intricate thing will happen to it and you’ll have to buy a new one . Their product has the durability and product quality of a cheap 20$ chinese controller . I paid 50USD for the Gamesir X2 BT which is enough to buy a Xbox/PS controller , and those controllers will probably last much longer than Gamesir products . This is my first and last purchase from this company .
