This Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust app lets you keep a diary of your weight loss and also all your exercise activities every day of the year. The calories burnt will be automatically calculated and you can see at a glance the total of your activities and weight loss over the year.
All your data is stored securely on your phone but you can also create an account to backup your data to the cloud. If you upgrade your phone/tablet it is then very simple to restore this data to your new device.
You can choose to join any of the activities shown in the app and also visit our YouTube channel to catch any breaking news.
