This meditation app is perfect for beginners like me.

Everything about this app is amazing. It may be a little hard to really get into the habit of sitting in silence and meditate everyday, but once you can do that, the reward is so worthy! This app makes it so much more easier. The new library is awesome and so thoughtful, with so many different sessions to choose from. And the run streak is such a cool idea, its not about trying to get certain streak, but that run streak really reminds me how i already set up a habit of meditation everyday and therefore i should try to keep up with it.
Also, the design of the app is simple and happy.
I hope more and more people know about this awesome app! 🙏

A big recommendation for anyone have depression

Actually it’s not a magic method or any miracle stuff. This app just help you calm down, and gradually approach your inner self. Even it’s hard for anyone. But just try, take just 3 minutes per day, and I feel better. I learn to stop myself when I have overreaction with something happening to me in second.
P/s: I am back after 1 year, and I am sincerely grateful for the mindset changes while using Headspace, especially when I am suddenly mental breakdown. It works as a survival kit for me when I am uncontrollable myself.
