Game hay mà map ít quá chơi quài mấy cái map cũ thì chán thật

The game is always freeze

I’m using Kraken , the game is run smoothly at the very begining, however after a while ( around 15 mins) , when my shark is died because of runing out of energy, the game does not show any popup to finish , my shark is sink into the sea ( dead status), other buttons are not able to press ( such as: Pause, Map, Mission, ....). I’m not able to finish the game , I must force closing the app and reopen the app, however my records ( gold, gem and point record) are all reset.
Please fix it asap, it’s really annoying
