This app enables the customer to report their issue and create a service request on the go.
Our promise is to provide you hassle-free service within 3 x minutes. Service order will be created in the first 5 minutes, and a service notice will be sent a service agent nearby within in the second 5 minutes. A service technician will contact the customer and provide aftersales service in the third 5 minutes. General issues will be resolved in 24 hours and major issues will be resolved in 72 hours.
