Journal Log could be better

In my perspective as a user, I think you should allow users to view the journal log as a book/notebook instead of dividing them into categories. It will create a similarity to real life journal. Also, in terms of user experience, I can see that Journal and Training features are more like vitamins while Rescue session are like painkiller. It’s a very helpful way to create habit forming which means later when users got into a trouble they will think of the app right away. Thanks for creating this helpful app!
