Mất kết nối đến robo
Cách đây 1 tháng không kết nối với robo được dù làm đủ mọi cách như hướng dẫn cũng như các lần kết nối trước, đổi mạng wifi khác cũng không được. Đề nghị xem lại app.
Lỗi bản đồ
Sau khi dùng 1 năm robot bắt đầu lỗi bản đồ, reset lại cũng không được. Làm nào quét xong cũng xoay lệch map lung tung cả. Do đó không thiết lập được tường ảo và các vùng hoạt động khác
