Lifecare Video is a video appointment application which works as an embedded part of Tieto Oyj’s Lifecare system. Lifecare Video is easy to use. It provides a one-click solution for video appointment enabling social and healthcare professionals to meet their customers remotely. You can use Lifecare Video by you own mobile device and meet social and health care professionals, doctors, nurses for instance, from home. That improves availability of care services and saves time and money.
Instructions:
1. Download the Lifecare Video application and install it on your mobile device.
2. Join the video appointment by one-click from the received video appointment confirmation. If you have not installed application on your device, it’s installed when you use it first time.
3. Video appointment starts and customer and professional meet each other when professional joins the session.
