I demand a refund and i was not satisfied with the services that the app provided

I was charged for a month subscription price that i did not want to continue to use. The app given me the options that did not match what i was looking for, and the interaction/usage time in the app was unsatisfactory.
I deactivated my account and even deleted the app from my iphone so i would not violate the subscription and fully discontinued the app.
Yet i was still charged for the 2.190.000d and my demand for a refund was decline.
I find that this is unfair treatment from the app to its customer. I wish to receive my refund please
