Truely Time Consuming Experience
I must say, the developers of this game sure know how to get people into playing and then leave with hatred. That's possibly the reason why such high low ratings appear here. I will give a brief thoughts about this game.
First is about the main purpose of this game, it's not about letting players enjoying, it's about gaining every opportunities from you, there isn't any good thing this game has beside the first few times being a newbie.
Secondly, you don't get to feel any good things anymore once this game offers once you reach a certain spot (base on my current one which is the middle part of the hotel). The reason for this is that the scale between rewards from the orders and repairing the hotel is off balance.
Thirdly, the in-game currency (gem) provides you ensure that you get to spend them in every circumstances, by that I mean including those that don't even feel worth it but must have. In addition, ads do seem to be on one place in here, there are generators for you to produce items. However, as you progress, they get greedier and greedier with the extremely limited amount of items in a full single use. Moreover, generators get their rest unbelievably quick because of that reason, and to make it even worse, an incredibly lengthy recharge timer is dispatched after certain uses. Although gem and ads are methods to skip it, they aren't worthy, ads stop appearing when the above condition applies or slight chance of showing the last greed before entering their hibernating state.
Forthly, there are power-ups but mostly useless because not stackable so it's one-time use.
Last but not least, events in there with you being the only legitimately real person, the rests are programmed, not engaging.
In my opinion as a video game tester, do not attempt this game, really not worth it.
