How to use MuvMi?

2. Choose pick-up, drop-off points and number of passengers. Then start booking!
3. See where the driver is and how long before the driver arrives.
4. Scan QR on the vehicle, to make sure this is the right car.
5. Pay per trip or top up as you wish.

Violation of money holding
Even though it’s a very good and reasonable app to book for electric tuktuk around BKK centre. However, they do not have any options for you to transfer money within your app wallet, no transfer to your friends (using the same app) and only withdraw back to your bank account. I find this inconvenient in terms of how one app can have a full control on your money? Even financial institutions do not have this control. And the LINE chat service is rude when I asked for options and they responded with one word and full stop. Eg: can I transfer money in the wallet to my friends using the same app? Their answer: No.
