- Emotional Navigator
A tool designed to help you better understand and process your emotions. It will gently accompany you as you observe your feelings, explore what they are telling you, challenge your thinking, and choose the best ways to resolve your emotions.
Improving your self-awareness will help you deal with troubling feelings such as anxiety, worry, anger, fear, insecurity, sadness, frustration, or overwhelm.
