They do many ways to earn money from you.
If you want to cancel the trip you will be charge around 20usd
Furthermore, they wont deal for you any booking
They just take service fee and ignore you!

If you want change the date of flight you will loss all your moneys.

😡Mn đừng bao giờ booking trên app này 😡
Mình đặt vé đi TQ qua hãng từ tháng 6/2024, sau đó họ có gửi email xác nhận đặt chỗ nhưng ko xuất vé.
Giữa tháng 8 họ thông báo qua email là đơn hàng của tôi bị huỷ nên tôi phải booking vé bên khác và claim hoàn vé tại mytrip.
2 tuần sau mytrip báo lại là vé của tôi chưa hề bi huỷ và họ ko xử lý thủ tục hoàn vé cho tôi!!
tác phong làm việc của cskh chậm chạp, khó chịu gây ức chế kinh khủng khiếp cho người dùng.
và hiện tại tôi phải mua x2 vé và ko biết giải quyết sao cho sự cố của mytrip.
