OPTIVIO will also detect stressful periods you may have forgotten about, providing the opportunity to identify these moments with custom tags.



TRAIN: Develop your ability to understand which aspects of your life and work are causing your stress, or allowing you to recover and discover a wide range of scientifically validated, proven programs designed to enhance your focus, help you to prepare to perform under pressure, relax at the end of the day and fall to sleep.
