Problem with the music players
There is a small but annoying problem: all the music players on iPhones (Apple Music, Podcast, Spotify, Youtube, etc.) always pause automatically when the app is launched. It can be fixed by tapping to the play button but this issue is so annoying. Hope that dev team will fix this issue soon. Thank you!

The app requires microphone access for the Pronunciation Practice functionality, which is why the music players stop when you launch the app. To resolve the issue, please disable microphone from your device Settings>OALD. We hope this helps.
Can not access to the account.
I’ve already purchased 1 year’s app access on website but I can not log in to the account on app. It said that I did not have access with my ID, my access period had expired.
p/s: I had sent email to dev team from last week but I didn’t receive any feedback. My case number is 2136102.

Problems occurred when I tried to log in
Hello Oxford dev!
I have bought an OALD 9 printed book recently, (with CD, premium resources), and I entered my code, it worked great on the web. But when I tried to log in with my Oxford ID on to the app, it said that “You do not have access with your Oxford ID”. What happened? Can I still use the app dictionary although I got an older 9th version of OALD?
