My smart stick Pictar not working

I just bought the Pictar Smart Stick MWPTSFSL20 with order number 30410246-1 dated 12/28/2022, I followed the instructions but when asked to press the selfie trigger, it doesn't work on the Pictar application…seems like my Iphone i have no connection with Smart stick…I use Iphone X and XR version 16.3.1…..please help.

Maybe Pictar grip not working in IOS 16, please check and update early
