Số tiền trả cho gia sư quá ít.
Rất tệ, thật sự rất tệ
1. Mình học trường ĐH Tài Chính - Marketing, không hiểu sao trường mình thấp kém hay gì mà trong danh sách không có nổi tên trường mình
2. Bạn mình tạo 1 acc là sinh viên Y dược, duyệt 1 tuần không không có bất kì thông báo nào
3. Chụp cả thẻ sinh viên thật rồi vẫn bị nói GIẢ MẠO thẻ. Ủa vậy thẻ thật là như thế nào chụp cho em xem với ạ
4. Bạn mình tạo được acc, cật lực giải bài. Được hơn 100.000 xu, rút được tiền thì nói hệ thống lỗi, hẹn 19-11-2020 là chuyển mà tới giờ chưa thấy động tĩnh gì. Ủa công sức người ta làm rồi phủi sạch vậy à
5. Nếu không chuyển tiền được thì mình nghĩ nên dẹp app, app tự giải bài cho học sinh luôn đi chứ đừng lừa sinh viên như vậy. Cảm ơn. Chào và không hẹn gặp lại

Chào bạn! Hiện nay để trở thành gia sư của QANDA bạn cần phải có thẻ sinh viên và đang hoặc đã học tập tại các trường đại học do QANDA chấp thuận nhé.
-Trường hợp nếu yêu cầu tạo tài khoản được chấp nhận, QANDA sẽ gửi mail thông báo cùng hướng dẫn kèm theo nhé.
- Về quy trình chuyển tiền:
+ QANDA xác nhận thanh toán cho gia sư với Transferwise
+ Transferwise nhận thông báo từ QANDA và tiến hành chuyển tiền.
+ Nếu thông tin tài khoản khách hàng đúng và hợp lệ, sau 48h, khách hàng sẽ nhận đc tiền.
+ Trong TH lỗi, QANDA sẽ cần xác nhận thông báo lỗi của Transferwise qua mail và thời gian xử lý sẽ mất 3-5 ngày.
Nếu sau 2 lần vẫn không chuyển khoản được, QANDA sẽ hoàn trả Xu cần thanh toán lại cho gia sư và gia sư thực hiện lại lệnh rút tiền nhé.
