App này lấy thông tin khách là chính, mình có gửi thử bill nhưng dù đủ hết nhưng ko gửi điểm, hoặc trả lời lý do tại sao bị từ chối, liên hệ thử cũng ko trả lời :)))) thật buồn cười

Very bad customer service, it's always take a long time to get feedback from the APP when submitting the issues, almost 2 months even I sent the reminder every week!
